Welcome to Dream Team Network!
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in the Dream Team Network program (the “Program”). By registering for the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Membership
2.1 Registration
Membership in the Program requires completing the registration process and paying the non-refundable registration fee of ₦15,000.
2.2 Sponsorship
All new members must be registered/sponsored by an existing member.
2.3 Membership Link
Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique Dream Team Network Membership Link used for tracking purposes.
2.4 Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account termination.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 Code of Conduct
Members are expected to uphold a high standard of ethics and professionalism. Unethical behavior, misrepresentation, or actions damaging the Company’s reputation may lead to termination.
3.2 Compliance
Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding network marketing and real estate practices. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
4. Termination
4.1 Voluntary Termination
You may voluntarily terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice to the Company.
4.2 Involuntary Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your membership for engaging in activities deemed unethical, suspicious, or violating these Terms.
5. Confidentiality
5.1 Confidential Information
You agree to keep all proprietary and confidential information received from the Company confidential and refrain from disclosing it to third parties.
5.2 Non-Solicitation
During and after your membership, you agree not to solicit other members for competing business opportunities.
6. Financial Transactions
6.1 Commission Disbursement
Payouts are processed twice monthly (1st and 3rd Friday). Withdrawals must be requested by Wednesday of the payout week. Late requests will be rolled over to the next payout.
6.2 Cash Transactions and Liability
The Company is not responsible for cash transactions between members and customers. Payments must be made directly to the Company’s designated bank account or online portal.
7. Employment Clarification
7.1 Entrepreneurial Focus
Dream Team Network is an entrepreneurial opportunity, not an employment relationship. Participation does not signify becoming an employee of Sortafter Project & Services LTD.
8. Referrer Determination
8.1 Definition of Referrer
A referrer is any member who achieves a referral through either sales or recruitment within the Dream Team Network program.
8.2 Sales Referrals
A member qualifies as a referrer for any sales generated through their unique Membership Link.
8.3 Recruitment Referrals
A member qualifies as a referrer for any new member who registers under their sponsorship.
9. Amendments
9.1 Right to Modify
Sortafter Project & Services LTD reserves the right to periodically review and update these Terms.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by [Insert Dispute Resolution Mechanism].
